Return Period

• Extended Return Window: We accept returns 90 days from the date of delivery.
• Return For Any Reason: Willow can be returned for any reason. 
• Refund Timing: If your Willow has shipped, refunds are given when we receive her back from you. If your Willow has not shipped, we will issue your refund as soon as we process it. 
• Keep Willow Safe: Please pack Willow securely to prevent any damage during transit.
• How To Return: Send an email to help@fawnfriends.com asking for refund. We would appreciate you sharing why you're returning Willow so we can improve, but that is not necessary.
