Return Period

• Extended Return Window: We accept returns of Fawn Emotional Support Animals for 90 days from the date you receive it. Fawn Plans are not refundable, except when purchased in a Starter Pack and not yet used.
• Return For Any Reason: Your Emotional Support Animal can be returned for any reason. 
• Refund Timing: If your Fawn has shipped, refunds are given when we receive her back from you. If your Fawn has not shipped, we will issue your refund as soon as we process it. 
• Keep Fawn Safe When Shipping: Please pack your Fawn Emotional Support Animal securely to prevent damage during transit.
• How To Return: Send an email to help@fawnfriends.com asking for refund. We would appreciate you sharing why you're returning your Fawn so we can improve, but that is not necessary.
